Deflecto Outdoor Dryer Vent Cover 4-Inch with Louvered Gravity Damper White

About this item:

• STANDARD 4-INCH COMPATIBILITY: Designed to fit standard 4-inch dryer exhaust vent pipe, featuring a sturdy 6 x 6-inch louvered faceplate for a neat, flush-mounted finish on exterior walls. Suitable for dryer vents, bathroom exhaust vents, and other 4-inch exterior vent applications.
• GRAVITY DAMPER DESIGN: Features an integrated gravity damper with multiple louvers that open when the dryer is in use and close automatically to reduce backdrafts and prevent outside air from entering through the exterior dryer vent cover.
• WEATHER-RESISTANT VENT COVER: Made from UV-resistant plastic, this 4-inch dryer vent cover is ideal for outdoor dryer and general venting applications. It is designed to withstand fading, cracking, warping, and brittleness from varying weather conditions.
• LOUVERED VENT HOOD: Curved louvers help limit leaves, twigs and other outdoor debris from entering the exterior dryer vent while allowing proper exhaust airflow. Periodically remove lint build-up and other debris to keep your appliance running efficiently.
• SIMPLE INSTALLATION: Place the 6 x 6-inch faceplate over a standard 4-inch diameter vent pipe and secure it to the exterior wall using the pre-drilled holes. Designed for exterior wall use. Mounting screws are not included.
